Nakama for 3D FPS Games: Lag Compensation, Prediction, Headless server mode

Is Nakama suitable for creating a large 3D FPS game?
I plan to use Unity3D as the client.
Does Nakama provide built-in lag compensation and prediction?
Is there support for syncing Mecanim animations?
Additionally, is there a guide on how to run Nakama with Unity in headless server mode?
