I want send “I am online - offline - playing - busy” notifications to my friends.
I am looking stream but this feature send to everyone not just friends.
How can i send message (or notification whatever) only my friends not everyone?

I think what you’re describing fits the status feature that will allow users to broadcast information about their activity to followers. You could restrict followers to only friends in your case and achieve everything you need.
I think, I have need to start follow just friends in every beginning of login to do this? Right?
Yes, you can follow just your friends immediately after connecting to the server.
