Go Runtime - Subscriptions

I might be missing something, but it looks like the NakamaModule in runtime.go is missing the subscription functions described here?

Hello @BergerBytes, thank you for reporting the issue. This was an oversight, the functions are indeed missing from the interface, we’re fixing this now and we’ll have a new release ready soon with a bunch of fixes and improvements.
