Data Security of Nakama Prometheus Metrics Port on Heroic Cloud

Hi,

I’m planning to setup Granfana/Prometheus to monitor Nakama, and our Nakama Server is hosted on Heroic Cloud.

As we do not have full control over the server, we are unable to implement certain security measures such as whitelisting for specific ports. I was wondering if you have any recommended approaches to ensure the data security of the Prometheus exporting port (Nakama: Configuration | Heroic Labs Documentation)?

We don’t expose the Prometheus port publicly. If you need us to export the metrics to a third-party system please contact support@ and we can help set this up for you.
