# I want to setting option in user account

i want to set some information in user account (like : sound on off , vibration on off) and need to send at the time of login. how to do this function.

@kmsudhir The user account stores metadata which you can write this information into as a JSON object. You’ll need to write an RPC function to do it because the metadata for a user is protected so it can only be written to by server-side logic. This prevents players who want to tamper with the values from changing the data.

If you’d prefer not to write server-side logic and want to just store the data as preferences for the user have a look at the storage engine which lets you write JSON to storage objects:
