# API explorer custom rpc payload

Hello. I have a feature request for api explorer page in nakama dashboard.

Save button for request body for custom rpc’s as a template. When we select this rpc again, it should load automatically saved request body. What do you think?

Thanks for the suggestion @Faircyan.

We have a number of improvements we’d like to make to the API Explorer, one of these is the ability for it to inspect a defined Schema and pre-populate the body response for custom RPC functions; however, this is unfortunately not a trivial change and so we don’t have an ETA on this currently.
